Landings Condo Association 6 is located in the beautiful city of Avon Lake, Ohio, approximately one mile south of the Lake Erie shoreline. The association is part of the The Landings homeowners community and offers great amenities for residents of all ages. Landings Condo Association 6 is truly a great place to live and play!

Landings Condo Association 6 was originally constructed in 1977-78 as part of The Landings community in Avon Lake, OH, and consists of 16 condo units.  The architectural design for the community's buildings resembles a Colorado coal miner town.

The Landings community as a whole consists of:

100 condo units divided into six condo owners associations:

108 homes belonging to one homeowners association (HOA):

And a recreational area with a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, playground, and a park:

Adjacent to the south end of The Landings community is a shopping plaza containing six eating establishments, a childcare facility, insurance companies, a bank, jeweler, furniture store, bicycle store, urgent care, copy store, barber shop, beauty shop, boutique, and medical offices:
