Grounds Maintenance
Grounds maintenance is performed by Yard Works Landscaping of Avon, Ohio.
Yard Works cuts the grass a maximum of once a week if needed, normally on Thursday or Friday. Mowing will include edging of concrete areas (bi-weekly) and weeding of all common areas, front and back of the association property. Mowing will be regulated in a manner so as not to damage the lawn with the riding mowers.
In the spring, Yard Works will conduct a clean-up to remove all leaves and debris, provide a deep edge in beds of the common area, and apply mulch throughout the common area. Signs will be posted 48 hours prior to mulching for community awareness.
Pruning will occur twice per season, usually in the middle of summer and the end of fall.
Turf fertilization will be applied five times during the mowing season.
Fall service includes a thorough leaf clean-ups.
Yard Works also provides snow removal during the winter. Snow removal of the street, parking lot, driveway, and sidewalks will be accomplished by 6:00 a.m. if the accumulation of snow reaches 2" or more prior to 2:00 a.m., unless specific circumstances shall make services necssary sooner. In the event of continuing snow reaching 2" or more during the day, all of the above work will be repeated again by 5:00 p.m.
