Landings Condo Association 6 is managed by Lawrence Community Management Group. They process all work orders, coordinate work activities, maintain association financial documents, provide project management, and negotiate and manage contracts.

Emergencies are responded to immediately and routine requests are presented during board meetings for Board of Directors' review and possible approval.
